Wonderful condo with a great vibe!
What a marvelous stay! The bed was comfy, the shower was great, and the kitchen was the perfect size with everything you need including a Keurig. The couch was perfect for lounging, but the chair with the ottoman was my favorite nap spot! lol! We’d definitely come back for another vacation. The managers were really nice and helpful, from booking to checkout. Don’t miss this gem, y’all! Thank you for having us!

Nice property with a great location. Just far enough off the strip that it is quiet, but convenient to get back to Ripken or the Island. The property was just the right size for two, and comfortably furnished. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a nice stop for us. The fireplace was great. It is on a timer and easy to use. I slept on the sofa bed and it was reasonably comfortable. My mother was in the bedroom and found it comfy. Kitchen was well stocked. Parking was easy. Luggage carts were great. We would come back.

We love the location, it’s convenient enough to everything but far enough off the beaten path to avoid a lot of the traffic. The unit was decorated beautifully for Christmas, which I greatly appreciated it. In previous years other places we’ve stayed were not decorated. Communicating with the owner/manager was very quick and easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back!!!

Overall Good
Overall was a good enough stay for no longer than we were there. Was disappointed I had to take the trash out myself. Bathroom was not as clean as I would have liked it to be. Dirt and hair in the floor. Shower needs to be bleached for sure, I didn’t feel comfortable setting my kids on the floor to stand while we bathed. The rest of the property was fine seeing as it was just a resting place. Not a 10/10 place as advertised more of an 7/10. That’s the most disappointing part.

One night, the bedroom Television stop working, and in just a short time, one of the managers with Smoky Mountain rentals, had a new TV installed. Her response was Commendable. Nice clean place at a great location.

Very nice condo and great location!
My daughter and I stayed here for a long weekend trip to Dollywood and the WildWaterdome waterpark. It was a beautiful, clean condo perfectly placed for Dollywood and all the fun things in Pigeon Forge. The only downside was the obnoxious drivers racing up and down nearby streets way into the night. It got very noisy and kept us up at night...but that certainly wasn't the fault of the owners of the condo. Highly recommend this place for cost, comfort and convenience!
