We loved the place, the room was very comfortable, the cleaning was very good, the breakfast should vary the fruits, put yogurt, vary the sausages, the rest was very good, the location was perfect, close to all the attractions,

We have stayed at this property for several years, always thrilled with our room and our stay. This visit was 7 days of total disappointment, they jacuzzi didnt work, the fireplaces arent turned on, the room was FILTHY (asked that it be really cleaned after our first night since they had no alternative room to offer) the bed was old and broken down, VERY uncomfortable, there were people blocking the entrances sitting in lawn chairs making it difficult to get in and out and lastly, we bring a trailer amd the employees parked next to our trailer door every day we were there. There were a hundred empty spots and they parked so that we could open our trailer door?? We sadly will never return to this hotel and we spend alot of time in Pigeon Forge each year.

Ms. Robin,We are sad to hear that your recent stay was so disappointing. We appreciate our guests and it's always our goal to provide our guests a great stay, as you mentioned you have experienced in the past. Had we known that our staff parking was an issue, we would have gladly addressed it. They, as most people are just creatures of habit and usually park in the same spot every day. We also would have happily changed out the mattress. We are always willing to attempt to resolve problems if we know. We hope you will give us another opportunity to serve you.

Overnight trip with kids

It was convenient to other locations like Gatlinburg. Alot to do in Pigeon Forge.
