Très propre,personnel serviable, pratique pour faire cuisine dans la suite mais il couvert et batterie de cuisine limitées. Facile accès au great smoky mountain. Seul point négatif petit déjeuner peu varié, pas de fruits, pas de yogourt, café sans goût.

Dryer didn’t work and had no “out of order” sign, so I had to take clothes to a laundromat to dry. Windows full of cobwebs between panes. Hallway smoke detector chirped for two days and was never fixed.

We had book this trip with the sole purpose of just sitting by the pool and relaxing for the last few days before school started. We have a family of seven so we wanted a large room and a nice pool. After check-in, we discovered that the pool was closed And green with algae. They had no idea when the pool would be fixed. We asked to be switched to another property or do something because our trip was Based upon spending time at the pool. After a little discussion, they did get us permission to go to another hotel to use their pool, but it was a 25 minute drive away.
The pool there was very nice and it did meet our needs except for we couldn’t really relax because we have five kids who were riding 25 minutes to swim and get wet and then ride back to the hotel. So it kind of still made for a very chaotic and stressful time, but I am appreciative that they worked it out so we could at least have a pool during the trip.
It would have been nice if we were told up front that the pool was messed up before we checked in and paid. We could’ve stayed at the other property and had the vacation we were planning on having to begin with. Since we booked with Expedia the refund process screwed us. So once we paid we were stuck.
The room itself was Very well laid out. But The bed had hairs in the sheets and the arms of the furniture were stained brown.
They are working on improving the property now, so I’m sure it will be better in the future.

Check in was quick and easy.
Good, simple hot and cold breakfast options.
Suite was roomy and comfortable.

Overall nice stay....

The stay was okay just that the pool wasn't accessible, the workout room wasn't accessible

The suite was very nice clean and cozy. I love the fireplace in the living room. I like the two entrances to the bedroom through the living room and to the bathroom. I had a full kitchen. I would recommend this location to anyone who comes to Pigeon Forge.
