This property requires a hold of 75.00 on arrival that it supposed to drop after checking out and until today this funds are not being refunded. I did my booking true Travelocity and was paid in full. I can’t get in touch with anyone at this location . I need my refund , I do not recommend this property. Sincerely Maria Phillips

The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. The negative's was the bathroom needs to be updated. I'm 5'1" and I had to duck to get under the shower head. And you could tell the sheets were washed and clean - but the one on one of the beds had a big stain on it. It is in a very convenient part of the strip.

Spend the additional $20-$50 a night and go somewhere else. This place is disgustingly dirty, extremely loud and needs gutted completely. The two rooms we booked were dirty but thankfully had clean sheets and towels. The entire bathroom and floors were gross. Checking in was long with only one person working. It is close, walking distance to a lot of activities and restaurants, which was the only redeeming quality of this hotel. Spend the extra money and stay next door. This place is not worth $160 a night.

The property was not clean at all , the room we had was very unsanitary and had several roaches , the chain on the door was broken looked like someone had kicked it in , the property itself didn’t look clean , even the check in , in the lobby , I suggest a total upgrade rehab along with professional cleaning ..

This property is terrible. People were checking out due to cockroaches blood on mattresses feces on the wall 10 o’clock at night. Families were leaving. Worst place I’ve ever stayed. Windham needs to take a serious look at this location. Shut it down clean it up.

The property was in ruins. The room was not clean still had cup rings left on the tables from previous tenants, mold on the walls in the bathroom and area where sink is located, found a empty liquor bottle under one of the mattresses when lifted up to check for bugs, the door to outside you had to slam shut to get it to close and the lock on top of door was broken completely off so no added extra security, property grounds were not kept up trash all along the walk paths to rooms and stair wells. I did not even go to check out the pool area but who would after seeing what was going on in the room. I would never recommend anyone to ever stay here, totally disgusting. I think that someone from corporate needs to come see the state of the whole place and do a complete overhaul of the whole place.

Hotel was in the heart of Pigeon Forge. Close to everything on the strip. Front desk was friendly. Room was exceptional for the price! I was very pleased!

the property was unclean said No dogs allowed but seen dog poop in hall pool was closed for cleaning the week I was there when I first walked in room bed looked dirty floor was not sweep trash can in middle of floor a dead roach in fredge seen roaches while I was there I would not recommend Noone stay here not worth the money

If I could give zero stars I would. Room and surrounding areas on property were filthy. The safety latch on door waa broken. No smoke detectors. Sheets were stained. No cable/local TV, only steaming services on a Roku TV. Room had dirt in every corner. Sheets and pillows were stained. Pool had a green film. Entire property smelled like a hot dumpster.

We were there for almost a week. traffic was really bad however we just hired a taxi. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean. no breakfast but there was a diner in the parking lot. Over all a great trip

We got in very late Friday night (almost midnight). The clerks, I'm assuming, were switching shifts. He asked me what he could do for me and I said I was checking in. He said 'Ok give me just a second.' I was fine with that because he had a bag on the desk and looked as if he had just got there. But he was gone and gone and gone. He finally came back and we got checked in. Got around to our room, only to find that the deadbolt lock was cut in half and basically non existant. The room was very outdated....nothing like the pictures. Take at least 20 years off the pictures online. There was a roach (the bug, not smoke) that was on the sink. Luckily, it was the only one I saw. We were so tired, that we picked everything up off the floor and zipped everything up. It was myself and my 15 year old daughter, so I put a chair in front of the door and we went to bed because we were absolutely exhausted. Fast forward to when we got ready to check out this morning....the guy at the desk couldn't put his phone down to check us out. He never looked up, never made eye contact. After about 30 seconds of me standing there, he said 'what can I do for you?'. I said 'I need to check out, room 120.' Again, never looking up, he said ok. So if youre looking for a ran down, possibly unsafe, not friendly place to stay....this is your place. Otherwise, look somewhere else.

Check in went ok . But the rooms were in desperate need of help .. Big hole in shower wall hair and scum in tub , broken tiles , plywood under window with gaps , Door wouldn't properly close and lock . Clearly not cleaned properly, beed was clean till we awoke at 6am with 2 bedbugs on my husband's arm . Check out the guy was so rude not only to me but others trying to check out and put in compliments about there room. Im so glad we we're only staying 1 night. Aw and pool was green yuk
