The only non-positive comment I can make is regarding the room refrigerator. The on/off was mechanical not electronic; so every time the refrigerator went on it made a loud enough pop to wake me up. I just turned the refrigerator to off and slept well.

The beds was comfortable and the staff was friendly and the pool was my sons favorite part

Need all carpets replaced. Our room you couldn’t even walk around with shoes off, my kids tried and their socks where brown with dirt. Allergens in room were horrible as the room was way to dark and no airflow. Smelled like cat urine as soon as entered room. No fan in bathroom made room even stuffier after showering. Pull out sofa bed was so uncomfortable you shouldn’t advertise it as an extra bed. Walls next to bed was dirty like someone spilled drink or something on it. The breakfast options were the best thing about our stay and we didn’t even eat there.
