Great Experience
Publié le 13 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat location and owners were so easy to communicate with. Sad the fitness room didnt have a treadmill, but that has nothing to do with this cabin specifically. The fitness room is part of the lodge community that you have access to use.
No complaints and would definitely stay again.

Unclean property
Publié le 23 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayUpstairs bedroom air conditioner was very dirty, chair rail was covered in dust and a few concerns, carpet had dirty spots and wasn’t very clean, bathroom had no stopper to take a tub bath so had to use the one from kitchen sink, carpet on the stairs was dirty, food ball table had many broken pieces, and tv in living room didn’t work properly.

Dishonest review from dishonest guests. They damaged the foosball table and we are billing them for it, which is what prompted the review. Basically, they are complaining the cabin is dusty and are giving us 2 stars over it. There is nothing wrong with the tub - we actually have a spare stopper for the tub in the vanity so even if original was misplaced it shouldn't be an issue, and the TV works fine - remotes can be tricky, but we offered to talk them through it or have cleaners come help. We hope future guests won't judge us based on these guests absurd review.

Publié le 14 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house was adorable but the floors were very dirty. My little is crawling and within minutes, her hands and knees were black. The house could use a good deep cleaning. There is also no deadbolt on the front door. My kids could easily open the door and get outside. Orher than these things, we had a great time!

(Bathroom rugs need replacing or laundered)There are minor repairs that should be taken care of: knobs on kitchen drawers missing, lower commode seats almost off, mattress pads on pullout need replacing) stair carpeting could use shampooing. The kitchen and new appliances were great. The online pictures did not reveal a concrete wall as our view from the back porch. Overall we looked past some of these minor issues and enjoyed our stay.
