Publié le 19 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe room was clean but not kept up. There were a lot of marks, dents and damage to the walls and floorboards. All of the furniture had stains, the microwave was damaged but worked and dishwasher didn’t work at all. The front door needs to be replaced, we could see light and feel the cold air from the outside, we had to put a towel in the door to block the cold air. The curtains on the patio door were sheer and provided no privacy, The bedroom TV screen was scratched so badly that it was hard to see the picture. Both TVs had lots of hanging cords that would be unsafe if you have small children. The bedroom hot tub is only a small jacuzzi tub that barely fit my 5’4” wife; two people will never fit. The building and elevator need some TLC as well, but I understand that’s something the renter can’t fix.Great location, just down the road from DollyWood and easy access to Gatlinburg and easy access to the backroads of Pigeon Forge so you can avoid the traffic on the main drag.This property is managed and maintained by VACASA. They responded to my emails very fast, usually within an hour or two and sent a repair worker the following morning to address some of the issues that we reported when we arrived.Not going back.

Good Place to Stay
Publié le 5 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe were pleased with the condo. Was clean with no funky smells and convenient to all we wanted to do / see. Could use some extra lighting in the living / dining area (maybe a floor lamp for the corner); only one table lamp (which needs replacing) in living / dining area. Would be nice if hand soap and liquid dish detergent were supplied. Plugs in bedroom need to be replaced; our charging cords kept falling out. Bed was extra soft but we slept fine and maybe a light blanket for nights when you need a little extra but not a full on comforter. We would stay again.

Not what I expected
Publié le 24 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe jacuzzi tub was one of the selling points for me with this because my kids like hot tubs. The cold water would hardly come out so the water was scalding. I called the number left on the paper and nobody could help me the first night and we had to run cold water into pots to pour into the jacuzzi for our kids to be able to use it. It did not get fixed until the afternoon of our 2nd day and we only stayed for 2 nights. The cold water line was kinked. It is listed that they have a king bed and a queen bed but its a pull out sofa or a blow up mattress and we had no extra linens not even a pillow case for the pillows in the closet. My husband slept on the couch with a blanket we found in a tote in the closet. We have small kids so they slept in the bed with me. We put 4 guests on the stay and we were given only 3 towels total and 3 wash cloths. My husband used a hand towel to dry off with. I had to wash towels just to have enough to use for the 2nd night where my husband had to used a hand towels both times.. I would not recommend this condo and I will not be staying again.

Vacation
Publié le 21 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayGood location 7 minutes from Dollywood. Cute and comfortable condo loved the fireplace and 4th floor sunset view on the front side NOT the balcony. King size bed was very comfortable. Elevator was a little annoying. In need of maintenance repairs in the condo. Kitchen utensils limited. Keurig coffee pot there on a completely empty shelf along with completely empty baskets . Dining room chairs and sofa stained badly! Overall we had a great vacation.

Publié le 18 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe rental was nice and clean. It was in a convenient location. The only negative thing about this place was parking. There's not enough parking to park close sometimes. We would definitely stay here again.

Poor upkeep !! 11-11 /11-14-2022
Publié le 14 nov. 2022 sur HomeAwayThis condo is in such a bad bad need of some TLC!!!!! I have never stayed in a condo that was so needy. The people in the unit above us were also VERY LOUD with a child running the whole time we were there. EVERYTHING need to be fixed !!! The ONLY LIGHT in the living room would not turn off you had to unplug it ,the plug on the other side of the couch would not work. The light over the sink in the kitchen only one side of it worked . Closet door no knob to open or close and did not have a track for the closet door no hooks to hang anything on wires were hanging everywhere Mattress on the bed was a BIG NIGHTMARE!!!!!! With so called night tables lights one ripped off the wall while the other one is barely hanging on ... Spiderwebs on the light over the bed and hanging over the doorway and a gap under the door entering the condo a full inch thick. NOPE NOT HERE ANYMORE I myself think this one would have to pass an inspection before it could be rented again... Need new houskeepers !!!!! LOTS OF WORK TO BE DONE HERE!!!! VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED !!! D Arnold
