Sit back and enjoy a meal or an adult beverage in the dining area that comes with table, seating for 4, margarita station, and crystal chandelier. When it’s time to unwind, kick back in the living room on the leather couch, or in one of the two leather recliners while you watch your favorite programming on the 55-inch Smart TV nestled over the seasonal gas fireplace. When it is time to go to bed, sleep in style in the adjustable and massaging king size bed while you watch your favorite shows on the 32-inch Smart TV sitting over the year-round electric fireplace. Just off the bedroom is the custom bathroom featuring a steaming spa shower and whirlpool tub with 32-inch Smart TV and year-round electric fireplace.

When the time comes that you really want to pamper yourself, you do not have to go anywhere except to the top of the stairs. When going up the stairs, you come into the upper level theater area. Here you can sit back in one of the two heating massage chairs fully equipped with chroma therapy lighting while you watch your favorite movie or shows on the 75-inch smart theater system TV. After your massage, you can take a few minutes and melt your worries away in the infrared Sauna. If massaging while you watch TV is not your thing, step to the other side of the loft and take a trip around the world. Here you can relax in the heated tile lounger while watching scenes from around the world in the three paned video monitors that are linked to live feeds, or recorded clips of some of the best locations in the world.
