Water slide closed at 6pm to early and had to walk to other hotel to enter pool area need entry from both hotels

For the safety of our guests, we currently have this one designated entrance available. We also close the water slides earlier at 6 PM in the off season to ensure the comfort of our guests, as they are not heated and the evening temperatures are getting cooler.We understand how this may have affected your stay, and we appreciate your understanding during this time. Quiet, clean, convenient
Publié le 26 sept. 2024 sur HotelsMy stay was for a 1 night business trip. It was quiet, clean and convenient to everything. Looks like they've updated since my last stay a couple years ago. This resort caters mainly to families with children, but all are made to feel welcome and I enjoyed my stay. I would recommend this resort.

The property offers a ton of fun for kids and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms definitely could be cleaner especially since the place is not very old, a year and a half old hotel should have much cleaner rooms. Also the pool towels are tiny.
