Relaxing Private Hot tub with 2 king bedrooms and 2 bath. Half mile to parkway and walking distance to river to fish or kayak. Half mile to Diner.
Spacious Living room offers leather sectional sofa bed, fireplace, ceiling fans. Large kitchen gives you plenty of room to feed your family. Kitchen comes stock with Keurig and regular coffee makers, crock pot, pots and pans, dishes and flatware.

Corvette Expo and Chevy's in the Smokies
We stayed with another couple to attend the Corvette Expo and Chevy's in the Smokies event in Pigeon Forge. Location is great. Condo was older but clean and comfortable.

Cozy little place.
Occasionally had trouble with the keypad for the door but it worked after a couple tries, hot tub never got above 90 and that was after we waited on it to heat up from 65 in 4 days, maintenance was sent to check on it. Hot tubs privacy isn’t quite what we expected but it wasn’t too terrible. Communication was superior, they were really helpful with any issues we had. Would recommend to a friend!

We had a nice stay. A couple of comments:Faucet in downstairs bathroom needs to be replaced. The handle kept falling off. One of the electrical outlets in the balcony bedroom nearest the head of the bed on the right side did not work. Shower head in downstairs bath was leaking. Kitchen well equipped with everything needed. Location was very convenient.

Pretty much what was expected
It was a decent place to stay not too fancy but had plenty of the things we needed. The hottub was a little smaller then i thought it would be, but it was perfect for the 2 of us. We really didnt spend alot of time in the unit. Mostly only slept there and used the fridge to keep food and drinks cold and used the dryer to dewrinkle a couple shirts so those were nice amenities to have. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to get into / find, also a good location for our vacation needs.

Cozy winter stay
We came down with friends from Louisville. We day tripped during the day but late afternoons and evenings were spent together cooking, eating and playing games. The pups got to play. It was very relaxing and comfortable! Thank you for the great place to stay.

Great stay!!
The home is just as photos posted online. Everything was clean and smelled as if it had just been cleaned. The kitchen had all that was needed to cook and extras if needed. One bed was solid raised with the kids to the other one it was more comfortable. The location is close to the strip yet far enough away to feel secluded. We actually took morning and walked threw the strip. Would stay again

Conveniently located
The place was clean and decorated nice. They even had a Christmas tree that was lit up with some small Christmas accents which I found to be a nice unexpected surprise since we were close to Christmas and traveling with my daughter, she really enjoyed that. They left a nice thank you card and welcome bag which was also a nice surprise. No complaints really, it was super close to the downtown strip with all the entertainment and restaurants. Neighborhood was quiet. Host was quick and responsive with any questions.

Excellent and quiet neighborhood
We loved this place and will be back. We stayed for 3 nights 4 days with 3 kids aging from 11-17. They had it decorated for Christmas which we loved. Its a spacious 2 bedroom with 2 full bathroom, only a shower downstairs but a tub upstairs. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook with so all we had to bring was food. Nice little cement pad in the back with a hot tub and little grill but it was too cold to use. Its only a mile walk to the pigeon forge main strip so we walked alot of the places if you like walking there are sidewalks everywhere. Overall we loved the place and would like to come back again.

Our stay
Appearance wasn’t as it seemed on the app. It wasn’t very clean at all. Outside area had a rotten odor the entire time we were there. Smelled of black mold and hot tub was questionable so we didn’t attempt to even get in it. It worked as a placed to stay but I wouldn’t recommend it. Beds were very uncomfortable. Temperature was up and down the entire trip. It was either so hot we were sweating or so cold we froze. There was never a sweet spot as temperature goes. Trash can was impossible to locate. It was very run down and needs a deep clean. It definitely wasn’t a 5 star rating like it shows on the app. Looks were very deceiving.

We sisters take a trip together each year. This is one of the cleanest places I have found. It was so cozy and comfy. It is so convenient to everything. I hope we get the chance to stay again. One of my faves.

So cute!
My best friend and I stayed here the night before her wedding and it was so perfect for the 2 of us! The house was SO clean, the little hot tub was perfect for our bottle of champagne, and the working fireplace was a sweet surprise! We also lost an important earring here and they were so kind as to have the housekeeper look for us and mail it back! We are so grateful!

So Disappointed
The pictures looked adorable, but unfortunately, our stay was bordering traumatic. It started with the place still being “cleaned” at almost a half hour past the check in time. The host responded promptly and said it would be addressed with the cleaning crew in the future and issued a small credit of $25. I wish the review could stop there, but after we got back in from dinner, tired and ready to go to bed, the linens on the bed were dirty used slept in with black hairs on the pillows and something like sand in the sheets.. we went to change them with a spare set that was in the closet, but something was petrified on them, so ended up, having to turn the pillowcases inside out, and put towels on top of the sheets. The mattresses were so hard on the bedsthat it was nearly impossible to sleep.The place smelled of stale smoke, and the stairs to the bedroom are definitely not made for aging adults, as they are very steep and narrow steps. Our entire group is in our early to mid 60s, and very physically fit, but found the stairs challenging to come down and feel safe.. The entrance was covered in spiderwebs and the cute little sitting chairs out front as well. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a very sleepless night..

Our stay
Property wss clean and quaint.The area was quite and close to the Parkway. The unit had everything needed. The only issue was there wasn't a garbage bin so we put the garbage on a bin that was already out by the road.
