We had a great stay at the hotel, it was just unfortunate that they lady that booked us in wasn't very personable or very happy.

This property was average for an older hotel but was clean. Indoor pool and free breakfast was nice for kids. Outdoor area near Pigeon River was nice with benches and pavilion. Very convenient location near lots of restaurants and attractions.

My only complaint is there is no trailer parking. So we came with truck and motorcycle trailers.
Maybe more clear that they dont mean camping trailers. Thank you for making the exeption since we are here off season midweek.

I had recently asked online for a river view room. When I got to the hotel it was on the inside by the pool, which was extremely loud until around 9:30p every night. The room was okay. The carpet felt wet to our feet. The lock on the door was broken, this is the lever that keeps the door from opening. The curtains would not close completely and the light from the hall and pool area shone in every night. The parking lot spaces for cars to park were too small. I had rented a car and I was leaving one morning and noticed that the car had been scraped on the bumper but there was no dent. The staff were very nice, helpful and professional. We will not be returning to this hotel.
