Publié le 15 oct. 2024 sur HotelsExcellent welcome from the really nice clerk, who answered all our questions. The hotel is very well located, and there is lots to do within walking distance. It's a bit off the road, so it's very quiet. This is our 3rd stay in this hotel and we are still very satisfied. The room is small but well-organized and very clean. The only downside is that the towels are very rough. But the bed is very comfortable. See you next year

The first room, the toilet had water pouring out from under the it..they switched us to a different room that had what appeared to be stink bugs all over the ceiling, the front desk gave us a can of OFF bug spray to remedy the bug issue. The walls are paper thin and normal conversations and cell phones ringing could be heard like we were all in the same room.

Towels and sheets had stains on them, people that seemed to be living there on the 3rd floor were loud and a problem at 9pm!

Carpets need to be replaced
Publié le 8 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThe price of the room was great! When you walk in the place smelled amazing but as soon as you turn to go down the hall to our room the smell was horrible. The beds were nice and comfortable but the carpets in this place are horrible. we went and purchased Lysol to spray on the carpets and in the room to help with the smell. We had to wear socks to keep our feet clean.
The carpets in the hallway were beyond
nasty. The bathroom door would not close.The staff was very friendly.
