The hotel was very convenient to all dining options and shopping. Our TV did not work for the 3 days we were there. Call about it to the front desk they said that they would put a work order in. Never heard or seen from them.
The AC froze up and the room was hot.

Wonderful property. We had a queen suite and it was great. Hard to cook the room below 70 but still great.

This property was central and walkable to many of the activities we wanted to take in. We chose a suite because it provided a sleeper sofa and we needed the extra space. However, we should have saved the extra
$$ because it was like sleeping directly on mattress springs. The staff were all friendly and accommodating and made us feel welcome. The only other negative experience about the hotel was the fact that the room never cooled down and was uncomfortably hot. But kudos on great customer service and a wonderful location!

When i checked in late at night the manager on duty was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and a/c worked very well!
