Excellent sejour. Hotel neuf un peu à l'écart de la route, deco moderne, grand lobby agréable. Suite parfaite pour un couple et 3 enfants. Parfait pour un stop après les Smoky Mountains.

This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff really make sure you have all you need, or try to be as accommodating as possible.

The AC unit went out so our first night was pretty uncomfortable. The lady at the front desk was pretty rude to my husband the next morning when he went down to ask about getting someone to look at it or getting a new room if it couldn’t be fixed. She told him there was nothing they could do for us if it couldn’t be fixed quickly because we booked through Expedia. The maintenance guy did arrive quickly and was friendly. We left for several hours and came back to a much cooler room.

I personally want to apologize on behalf of our staff and the negative interaction you experienced during your stay. We at Hilton expect our customer service to be above average and what you experienced is absolutely unacceptable. I will be taking your comments into consideration and using them as a learning tool for our staff. Please note we appreciate your feedback whether it is positive or negative. This gives us the ability to learn and grow as a team. I have spoken to the front desk agent involved, when your husband asked to be moved to a different room all we had available were rooms with 1 king bed. We did not have another 2 queen room to move you to.

Great area. Lots to do close to hotel. Property was clean. Breakfast wasn’t good though. Had a hair in the breakfast sandwich. Muffins had a weird taste. Pool was fun. Room had a big fridge, not a mini one and lots of cooking supplies. Wasn’t a fan of the barn door on the bathroom the kids couldn’t get it locked. But rooms were very roomy.
