Beau séjour à Pigeon Forge

Hotel rénové et bien situé a Pigeon Forge. Le petit déjeuner était bon et offrait une belle variété de produits. Le seul aspect négatif par rapport à la chambre était que le rideau électrique n'était pas bien réglé, alors le rideau s'ouvrait à peine.

The property is located in an area with plenty of activities and attractions. The staff members were welcoming and attentive. However, the bathrooms are on the smaller side, and it seemed like our bathtub had a small crack, as it was leaking from the side at one point. It appeared that the cleaning staff may have overlooked some areas during our stay. While the towels were replaced, the bed sheets were not changed, the floors were not properly cleaned, and the bathroom was not thoroughly attended to. Additionally, our room had an adjoining door to the neighbor's room, which made us feel a bit uneasy. Overall, I would rate this hotel 3.5 out of 5. It's a case of "you get what you pay for."

The property is very well managed and everyone that works here is very nice and friendly, I drove almost 4 hours here and this was where we settled on and I will definitely be back in the future, absolutely love this place!

Bugs in room-not addressed

Snapped the photo of these bugs on walls in room. Made front desk aware. Asked if I wanted someone to come take care of them. No I killed them but wanted to make them aware that for $250+ per night I would have expected better. Management never addressed or reached out. I never leave reviews but we came over after Hurricane Helene hit Asheville and honestly my dusty home with no power or running water felt cleaner. Explained the situation and the second night was even more expensive. $342 for 1 night. Again going back to what is left of my town felt better than paying that rate! I just hoped for me and my teen to enjoy a hot shower, running water, and power. Definitely will remember their response to our situation. Also the only connector to Asheville (441) was closed due to snow however they still didn’t care and quoted me $100 more just for the second night. No place for greed in times of natural disasters especially when they could verify my address as being in Asheville AND knew that my only way home due to the closures connecting TN to NC we’re closed.
