Room was clean. All of the outlets were worn out and couldn't get chargers to work in most. Also I didn't realize it was pet friendly but that's on me. I didn't see it in the description. AC was very noisy.

We do apologize that the outlets was worn and that your Ac being loud. Though, we do not see any mentions of this from you guys. If you like we can send someone up there to fix the problems.
