There was no vending machines chairs in the room was stained the mattress was wore out no pillows they were so small elevators out of order

Bad room
Publié le 30 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThe was blood or something else on the bottom of the buck bed facing the person on the bottom and the wall had something on it by the phone sheets were dirty and stained. The front desk guy took photos of are photos to show his manager. They switched us rooms still the sheets werent that clean but it was better and at least this one was stocked where the other one wasnt . Guy at the front desk had no idea the room was that bad. The had a big water leak before we got there so the hole place smelled bad. When we went to ask about breakfast they said the had never served breakfast and when we said it was on there web site he said that was the old web site gave us the new one and still couldnt find it. And as we looked around the hotel we found 2 breakfast rooms. We talked to 4 other guest they said the same dirty rooms no breakfast and ither issues. They also had exposed wires on most floors from the remodel and almost all elevators were out of service but one. The only thing hested was the lazy river not the indoor pool. Dirty rugs throughout the hotel and some had the same bug on the floor for 5 days or more.

Paint all over carpet. Tried to charge an extra $22 for cleaning fee. I refused to pay it and he waived it. Shower head leaked. Sink faucet sprayed all over counter.
