bon petit déjeuner, hotel propre.

Really enjoyed our stay. Room was nice, comfortable, and clean. Would definitely stay there again!

It’s a very clean hotel. Our room had a balcony overlooking the river. Breakfast was good, we enjoyed meeting other travelers, during breakfast. Will definitely recommend.

Upon arrival at the hotel I was happy and looking toward my stay close to the river.
The extremely cold and unfriendly reception of the front desk woman was unreal! Never a welcome word or a smile, even though, I was smiling and happy while talking! She was robotic and unwelcoming! The lady in charge of breakfast was even more unfriendly and watching constantly over what the customer were doing like we were a bother to her! The cleaning staff were normal, professional people! They greeted us every time with a smile, and a good morning! They treated us extremely good! We were charged for occupancy for four adults but the room did not have enough towels or soap for us! I asked a gentleman from the cleaning crew for 2 more towels and explained we were 4 adults. He was very polite and offered more soaps. He actually wish us a good stay and even recommended places to go and things to as adults! The cleaning staff knew how to make the guests welcomed! Every time we went out or came back the staff at reception would not even look up or greet us! Not ever a smiling face at reception even when we were all smiling at them! The room had the AC unit totally unable to be read or adjust since most of the buttons were broken! We just used the plus and minus buttons to raise or lower the temperature but had no idea what the other buttons were for because they were broken! We could never turn on the the dial for steam extraction at the bathroom because the knob was gone!

Thanks for your review. So sorry you did not enjoy your stay, however the issue you raised had been noted. Our bathroom vent is on a central system so that is why you were not able to adjust that. We are happy to hear that our housekeeping staff were as we hope all of our employees are. Safe travels.
