This place is extremely outdated, elevators stink terribly. As soon as you walk the hallways there is a nasty old wet mop smell.

The hotel was in a great location to gain access to everything in town…including the fall rod run.

The only reason we were not able to possibly give you a receipt is, that you either booked through a 3rd party, who will automatically email you a receipt, or you may have come in for a time share presentation. In those cases, if we print you a receipt, it will only show you name and the dates you stayed with us. We are sorry that this was not explained to you upon your departure. We also appreciate your feedback and have passed it along to the proper department.

The Ramada was a well kept property, the staff were friendly and accommodating. We were very pleased during or stay there.

Everything was very good,the only negative thing I would have was that we stayed 5 nights and the room was cleaned 3 times but the sheets weren’t changed nor the bed made

Thank you for your review. Our apologies, upon check in, you should have been told that do to a lot of our guest not wanting us to go in their rooms, that housekeeping comes on the floor at 9:00 a.m. in the morning, and they will replace your towels, toiletries & empty your trash. If you would like a full service, changing your bed linens, mopping, vacuuming, etc., to please let the Front Desk know. We appreciate you feedback and have passes along to the proper department.
