Nice place, Customer Service something to be desired

Needed some attention to details They will NOT give you check in info until exact minute of check in which they sent by email. Ok, so my phone had 1 bar of service and would not load the email. It was Already after check in time and we were sitting in driveway. I called, yes aggravated (because I new phone would not work in this area so I called at 3 and was told they would not send till 4!) The "Person" answering the phone said your yelling at me, no she would have know if I had been 'yelling" she hung up on me and then text the code to my phone which I had ask be done and she told me no! The second young lady I talked to was very very nice and apologetic, certainly was not her who needed to apologize. Steps had bird droppings all over them, hand rails very molded. Just some attention to details.

Perfect location

The location was very convenient. We were close to all of the attractions, without having to be stuck in the tourist traffic. The place was neatly kept up, and communication between the owner was easy access. Highly recommended!!

Dollywood vaca

Overall a great place to stay in Pigeon Forge, no problems getting complimentary tickets from the rental company. Great landing pad after long days of adventure, great economical choice for the area. Will say the rental could be better stocked, more dish rags/towels, kitchen supplies, maybe an all purpose cleaner available so we could clean up after ourselves better. Others have mentioned the wet floor in the bedroom closet, which is still an issue, I believe it to be from a plumbing issue. Didn't affect our stay though. We would stay again if back in the area.

The location was great and community was quiet. My only suggestion would be to provide hooks for towels.

Very Comfortable affordable stay

Worth the price, comfortable location was perfect in the middle of everything, yet off the path for it to be peaceful. Thank you so much for the tickets! Helped so much to curve the expenses of doing more. Thanks Again! For a great trip to Tennessee!

Easter get away

Location was great - condition of unit was average or so so - property needed some TLC but would stay at same location but try get another unit. Overall for my first experience- very good !

Spring break trip

The convivence and location is a major plus. What we found to be most disappointing in this unit was a couple of issues. The blinds were damaged/broken which caused privacy issues and ants were a problem in the extra bathroom. We were not able to use as ants were getting into our belongings. The overall appearance of this unit seemed outdated and just needed some touch up. We still enjoyed our stay but if we use this area again we would steer away from this unit unless it had been updated to some degree.

Cottage needs updating! Carpet stains in both bedrooms. Live roach found in one bedroom! Online pics are very deceiving.
