Our room had a king bed and pullout couch. The pullout couch had a stained, unwashed mattress cover and that’s all. The layout of the room was super weird. Whoever remodeled the bathroom was not a professional. The door swing way passed the hinges and the tile did not match up to the flooring.
The coffee pot was placed in the bathroom, which was odd. The room reeked of marijuana and the pool was so cloudy I was too afraid to let my kids in.
The toilet stopped working the first night we were there and the shower’s “hot” water setting was room temperature at best.
We were super unhappy with this hotel because it wasn’t like it was a steep discount compared to the hotels in the same area. Super disappointed. We overheard another room asking for roach traps, but never saw a bug in our room. We will never stay here again.

Wasn't totally satisfied no access to indoor pool or hot tub due to someone putting baby oil on water slide .and tht was the reason for booking hotel,neighbors in the nxt room was very loud .just Wasn't a pleasant stay house keeping only cleaned once.do not recommend

Posted Oct. 18, 2024 on HotelsThe pictures in the listing are very very deceptive. The rooms are in awful condition. The listing stated 2 queen beds. It was 2 full size beds. The indoor pool was so filthy, the health inspector shut it down while we were there! The entire property needs cleaned and properly repaired and updated for the price they charge. I absolutely would not return or recommend.

Room was dirty, stained sheets and carpet, hair everywhere. Spiderwebs everywhere. Just a gross facility. Everyone smoked everywhere even in the non smoking rooms.
Pool was broken and we were not informed. My kids were so disappointed they couldn’t swim.
