Pictures made rooms look much bigger then the cracker box size they were. Oooh and one night we came back and our door was open! It says breakfast but dont get excited. Its toast and bagels. The lady at the desk was very nice but i have no idea how she worked 24/7 at the desk? Pool was open but too dirty to want to swim in. Some mornings you are loudly serendaded by desk lady. Interesting church songs? Yep it was an experience...

Would stay again

Check in was easy and the front desk girls were super nice and friendly. The room is on the smaller side but fine for a night or too. It is very clean and even has that just cleaned smell. The bathroom was clean and had very good lighting. It is not as new as other hotels but still nice. The only issue we had is that the sliding shower door did not stay closed and we had to put a washcloth there to keep it closed to shower. The shower also had some normal wear and tear but nothing bad. The AC worked well but was a little loud. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast had simple, self serve options with a waffle maker, cereal, and muffins. Its located right off the downtown strip and the back road was definitely the easiest way to get there. Overall would stay here again, especially for the price and location.

It was off the strip so very quiet and easy to get too, but still close enough to see pigeon forge. Very nice and clean. Very polite staff.

Great location, no hot tub

I booked this hotel because of the hot tub and heated pool. The hot tub is filled in and the pool is not heated. The staff however was amazing and very friendly!

Old building needing much updates not any like in the pictures on here . Smelly like old mold and mildew. Air conditioning never cooled above 78-80 in room at all times and it was hot outside. Limited “free breakfast” dry cereal, yogurt old fruits, cold oatmeal or grits will never stay here again and don’t advise it . Pool was dirty and the kiddie pool and hot tub were filled in with dirt

I have never written a review, but this was such a mess that I had to write my first. My husband and I budgeted our money for a one night stay in Pigeon Forge. We are newly weds, so we definitely have to budget. We were supposed to check into the hotel at 4:00, but it was not ready until after 6:00 PM. This was the first issue. When we arrived, the lady at the desk accidentally charged us for 3 nights at the hotel when we booked 1. Yes, I realize that mistakes happen, but she did not even seem apologetic about the mistake. It also caused us to be without money on the trip that we had planned to use for food and activities. Luckily, we were fortunate enough to have extra money to use while we were there; but I can only imagine the struggle of someone who did not have the extra funds. The extra charge could have over-drafted someone’s account or completely ruined their trip plans. Five days later, my bank instructed me to call them back before they disputed the charge. They were trying to give them a chance to make the situation right. I called and the same woman who overcharged us is who I spoke with. She basically told me there was nothing that she could do and raised her voice at me. I was an inconvenience to her, even though she was the one who inconvenienced me and caused us to be short on money. We were able to get our money back, thanks to our bank. Do not stay here- you’ll find a similar price with a better experience & nicer people down the road.
