Avis Newly remodeled condo w/hot tub 10 minutes to Pigeon Forge strip

This unit was easy to find and only a mile from the Parkway but felt far out and private. It looks exactly as it does in the photos. Super clean, lots of amenities, comfortable beds. Suggestion to owners: let guests know how to find the cable. It’s automatically on Samsung tv and we had a hard time figuring out how to get to spectrum so we could watch football. (On remote choose source then select unknown). Would for sure stay here again.

Location is perfect. The back patio is very nice. It is peaceful and private. The house is laid out well. New finishes. We had a hiccup beyond the hosts control. He was on top of the issue. Fixed it and was fair in compensation. We would stay here again.

It was a very peaceful place to stay. The hot tub was amazing and the back patio for my dogs was a bonus! We loved the house and the location was very close to all the fun spots.

We had the BEST stay! The location was amazing, and it was perfect for our family! The home was GORGEOUS! (I’m still dreaming of those navy cabinets!) There were a ton of things on site for the baby so we didn’t have to haul our entire house with us for our trip. I cannot say enough things about how great our stay was.

We really enjoyed this property! I wanted to stay in a place with high end finishes and luxuries, and it almost ticked every box. I’m giving it four stars for cleanliness instead of 5 because I did find some hair on the floor of the master bathroom when I was unpacking, but overall it was beautiful. It is tricky to find a well done rental in this area. I was impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was with all the tools one might need to cook a meal, and we loved the complimentary coffee and snacks. I would have preferred some simple cooking staples to have been stocked, like basic spices (salt, pepper, garlic powder, and condiments) but we were able to make due. My biggest complaint was the lack of extra bedding available. There were extra pillows in the closets, but no pillow cases. In the welcome binder of information about the place, it said that bedding for the pull out couch was to be in a cabinet, but there was none. Some sheets for it would have been nice. We all agreed, however, that the extra blankets we found in each room were quite luxurious. I would have liked an option for filtered water, but there wasn’t a water dispenser on the fridge, so next time I may just bring a pitcher. I really loved the keyless entry and the hot tub. We did wish that there were two more lounge chairs outside, but it was a great little patio. The location of the unit is near many of the local attractions including Dollywood, which was convenient. We would stay here again.
