Welcome to Big Bear Retreat, a cabin style townhome cabin in the heart of Pigeon Forge, TN. This 2 bed/2.5 bath/ 1500 sq ft townhome that sleeps 6 (please inquire about additional guests!) in Big Bear Resort and Lodge includes the most popular amenities of your dream vacation including community indoor and outdoor pool, private hot tub and is located in a prime location to popular restaurants and attractions Pigeon Forge Parkway (1 mi), Dollywood (5 mi), Great Smoky Mountains National Park (10 mi), and Gatlinburg (12 mi).

Bedding is very worn.It was ok but wouldn’t stay in this cabin again.Having the wrong door code sent to us the first time is never a good sign. It was resolved in 10 minutes but after a day of traveling not what you want to deal with. The next door cabin said they had the same problem. Clean and comfortable cabin!

Great property close to everything. We enjoyed the game table and the clean hot tub! Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Great communication with Mona throughout the stay! Highly recommend!

Nice cabin close to everything!

We stayed in the cabin with 4 kids. Cabin was clean, a bit older, but everything was good. It is like a duplex, connected to the other cabin. We liked the room downstairs with sleeper sofa and queen bed for kids to sleep there. Arcade games were great! The only thing that we didn't like was a mattress on the sleeper sofa. It was not very comfortable. Hot tub was good. Pool was across from the cabin, water wasn't very clean in it, but it is not owner's fault. We liked how close the cabin was to the center of the Pigeon Forge.

The cabin was amazing. All of our activities were just 5-7 minutes away even with Christmas traffic. Definitely plan to come back.

Perfect getaway

We loved this property! Definitely would like to go back. The beds were comfortable. I would not sleep on the sofa bed upstairs as it is too uncomfortable but the queen and king bed are great! I would bring extra towels as there are not enough towels for showering and bathing but there are towels for the jacuzzi. The area is really nice and secluded but close to nearby activities!

Nice clean cabin in a great location!

Had a great time here. Cabin was very clean and had all the amenities you could want. The kids loved the arcade machine! It's close to everything, yet pretty secluded. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing Location!

We chose the Bear’s Den Resort because it’s less than a mile from the Pigeon Forge Parkway and so close to the Island and restaurants. We loved that this cabin was very close to the entrance of the resort. The split level of this cabin worked so well for us. The boys stayed in the downstairs living area and we couldn’t hear any noise upstairs. My nephew loved the arcade! The loft bedroom was spacious and had plenty of storage and its own full bath. The hot tub was great after long, busy days. Mona was amazing with communications and so nice. Our only complaint is the mattress on the living room pull out couch. It’s very uncomfortable, so much that you can feel the springs. My mom made it work by piling extra blankets on top, which thankfully there were plenty extra in the downstairs cabinet. The sofa mattress in the lower level was comfy. I would definitely rent this cabin again and hopefully the sofa bed mattress can be easily replaced. Overall, it was an amazing stay!
