Upon arrival we discovered there are no elevators to the upper floors. Just ramps which is hard to get up and down. They were slippery coming down. Our room had hardly any hot water and the tap in the tub was broken so we were able to switch rooms the next morning with no issues. However the original request stated I required a bath tub but our second room didn’t have that and it wasn’t worth the room change once again The pool wasn’t cleaned and there is no housekeeping without requested it. Dirty towels and garbage were picked up outside the room. Someone will leave towels In a bag outside your room if requested. The location was great. And the staff were always texting to see if we were happy or needed anything.

The property needs a major overhaul. My room smelled like mold. There was no closet to hang clothing. The staff was great and accommodating. It was a good location. Just old and rundown.

The ramp to the second floor was very steep, would have been very difficult for some of our family to navigate had they been with us.
