TV wasn’t working. Staff had to reset it. A/C was difficult to program. Ended unplugging from the wall. Huge hotel but nearly no one there and yet it ‘appeared’ the only available room was a 2 bath suite at a slightly pricier rate. Had to wait till someone showed up at lobby reception to check us in. Hmmmm.

Very slow check in. Booked online. Do they not have all my info from the booking that they have to re type again?
And mold in shower. Easy clean and fix

Clean and neutral upgrades were nice. Beds were comfortable. Some damage to bathroom sink. Bathtub a bit slippery so put down a towel while showering. Convenient to Waterton. Groceries and dining options nearby. Staff were pleasant.
