Compassionate Hostess
Publié le 13 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe morning we were to leave we received a call that there had been a fire in the basement of our home. They could only find one of our cats. I messaged the Hostess and let her know what was happening & asked if it would be ok if we were a few minutes late leaving. She understood our situation as I was on the phone handling things back home. We were about 30 minutes behind schedule leaving. She completely understood the predicament that we were doing our best to handle the emergency at home & trying to pack-up at the same time. Definitely appreciate her kindness & we will recommend & stay at this beautiful cabin again.

Thank you for staying at “The Lily Pad”, Cynthia and her son were fantastic guests! They were in crisis mode (they were notified that their home was on fire, luckily contained) when they were checking out and left my cottage perfect!
