Dirty and rundown

Holes in the bathroom door, hair from the previous guest in the shower, dirty toilet seat, and everything is rundown and broken.

Toenails from previous guests in the floor of our room, tv remote had some kind of crud down between the buttons, basically one available outlet, by the door...I suppose it could have been worse, just a bit irritating.

We rented a double king room, the bathroom was not clean, and the air was not turned on until we checked in. The woman working the counter was very nice and explained their cleaning lady had called in sick and they were struggling to keep up. She put us in a different room and walked through it to make sure it was satisfactory. Unfortunately, they did not have another double king, which was fine but I had to ask for money back when I checked out, it was not offered. The man who checked us out gave us $30 back on a two night stay. Our second room was clean and so was the bathroom. This stay was average, but I gave the service 4 only because I felt bad for the woman who checked us in. She was in a tough situation and was trying.

Stayed here once before and had terriffic room with ROKU TV,large room,very clean.This time none of the above and room was in disrepair(little things you notice)

The stay was fine. When I went to check in they did not have me down for a room. Was told by the desk clerk that going through Hotels.com that a room was not reserved in my name because there was no rooms available when I called this site. Luckily for me they just happened to have a cancellation or I would have been out of luck. I will NOT use Hotels.com ever again.

Understaffed one person doing 4 jobs couple working bar busy talking among themselves. A person that lives there was harassing a guest. Only 1 large towel provided
