Needs updating

Hotel is pretty old and needs to be updated. Not terribly bad but we did not feel comfortable. Unusual smells present throughout Hotel. Next time we will stay somewhere else

Mold on bed

The room smelled damp when we arrived and then we found mold growing on the side of the bed. The front desk apologized and moved us to another room.

The girl who is black and pregnant have calls for front desk going to voicemail while she sitting in chair playing with phone leaving them off hook also the toilet had plumbing issues we told her we had to unclog toilet on vacation smh no body should be on phone 247 at work and unprofessional rude black women serving breakfast yelled at my husband for making his own waffles need something to be done

Pool out of service, breakfast waffle iron out of service and the other options were underwhelming. Coffee was like weak tea. The room had splatters of something on almost every surface. Pillows are god awful no matter how many you get. Spend the extra $25 on another place

My room was clean. I reserved three rooms. I was in a room Fri and Sat. I asked if I could check in my other two rooms a bit early because we were going to a wedding. The staff was not at all accommodating. Also, the waffle machine was broken. The ice machine was not working. Other than that all was fine.
