Publié le 8 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe kitchen had everything we needed & nice appliances. There was plenty of space for the 5 of us to have time to ourselves & together with the layout of the house. It is unfortunate that the house doesn’t have great views that we are used to at other PMC properties. We still enjoyed our stay & communication with the owner was great! He was responsive & attentive to issues.

Beautiful Snowy Retreat
Publié le 1 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a wonderful stay at this cabin. The house was in great shape, and we were fortunate enough to get snow while we were there. There was a little mixup getting into the property having been given the wrong code in the snow, but other than that everything was perfect.

Nice property but disappointing issues
Publié le 6 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayFirst, we got lost trying to find the property (and get no cell reception in Pine Mountain Club) because the address provided by the host sent us to the wrong place in Google maps. When we finally arrived, everything was clean and nice but the heat wasn't working. It was 45 degrees in the house and the host wasn't able to get it fixed until the next morning, so we spent an uncomfortable evening huddled in blankets near the space heaters. The kitchen, beds and entertainment rooms were very nice and we had a nice stay once the heat was fixed. While we were there, we accidentally broke a prong off of an electrical plug and the host charged us $250 to fix it. While much of the stay was good, I don't think we would ever return to a property with this host.

This feedback is unfair but appreciate the 4 stars. Hosts cannot be responsible for guests Google map error as the correct address was provided by host and VRBO. Same applies with issues he has with his internet provider coverage. Guest had issues with the air conditioner, and we got someone to fix it asap the very next morning which was the soonest anyone would come during the weekend. Please note that the insurance paid for the electric Lazyboy recliner sofa repair that they broke so it did not cost him anything. We strive to make each stay a great experience and correct any issues may come up asap. That is why we are super hosts. Thank you.

Home away from home! Love it!
Publié le 15 août 2023 sur HomeAwayEverything was clean and organized makes you feel at home. The view was beautiful and having access to all the amenities is a big plus. After outings during the day it felt good to come back and relax! Very safe and enjoyable stay! Definitely coming back.

Wonderful first time at Pine Mtn Club
Publié le 14 août 2023 sur HomeAwayA lovely property! We had a great stay, taking advantage of the outdoor seating, pool, putting green offered by the Pine Mtn Club. Good communication by text and VRBO messaging with host. Very appreciative of the early check in so that I could take a work meeting. High end appliances, comfortable furniture and AC made it a great trip. Would love to return.

Very quiet neighborhood. The house is very organized and well decorated.

It worked out at the end after staying of their way for the cleaning service. The owner was responsive during the stay. Thanks for sharing your house with us.

New Years with friends from a tropical country.
Publié le 4 janv. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe lay out of the cabin just flows. The host goes beyond expectations, they even have papergoods and plasticware which is kind of unusual, so we brought our own. The kitchen it's very well equipped, as well as the rest of the house. There is plenty of portable heaters. It feels like a house, not a rental. My of t whole family and friends were happy with my choice. It was a very pleasant experience. Kudos to the owners.

Perfect Christmas cabin

The owner was so professional and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend it. Thank you for letting us stay in this precious cabin.
