After reading your feedback, the homeowner wanted to share the following:- The cabin is in a wooded setting, and despite regular pest control services, occasional bugs can be expected.- Our cleaning crew thoroughly checked the sheets and found no stains. They also inspect the baseboards and ceilings after each stay. - The furniture was rearranged during your stay, which may have revealed some debris not usually seen during standard cleaning.Once again, we appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve the guest experience.

Nice Cozy Cabin in Pine Mountain, GA
Publié le 3 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe cabin was great and matched the description on the posting. It accommodated my family of 12 just fine. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious and there were gathering areas upstairs, downstairs, and outside on the patios.
The only negatives were the WiFi didn't work (we still had AT&T cell service) and the complimentary recreational equipment (tennis rackets/balls, pool cues/balls, ping pong paddles) provided was inadequate for use at the resort facilities (missing balls, pool cues missing tips, rackets from 1960s, etc). That being said, I'd stay here again.

Generational fun

I would recommend this cabin to anyone and would gladly stay again. Michael, the host, was so kind when we had trouble getting into the cabin. The only drawback, which we were advised about, was the stairs. With the younger ones help, we managed fine.

Always a wonderful stay near Callaway

Extremely comfortable home

Great Place to Stay

It was clean, comfortable, spacious, and conveniently located to Pine Mountain and Callaway Gardens. The property owners responded to all of my questions and helped me when I had a problem getting into the house - I was using the wrong code. The staff members at the office were helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

Convenient to Callaway Gardens, great family space

Dirty
Publié le 26 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayShower curtains full of mildew, carpet lower level filthy, recliner chair so stained, leather couch ripped. We left one day early, didn’t want to stay in those conditions. We communicated with the owner and he stated he would correct the situation. He did refund us one night stay.

We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay.
The shower curtain liner is brand new in addition to our custom shower curtain. The carpets have all been steam cleaned along with the recliner chair. There are no rips in the couch, there was a seam that came undone that we have since repaired. We did try to remedy these concerns, however, were only notified a day before you were set to check out. We wish you had reached out to us sooner during your stay if there were any issues you needed to be addressed. We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy the home.
We do all we can to make our homes the best possible stays, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. Thank you for your feedback!
