I thought maybe it was my mistake but i went back and re- read the description and there's no mention on it. Also, dog hair EVERYWHERE. Don't drink the water from the dispenser too. I saw a BUNCH of floaties and wings of a bug of some sort. Pretty gross!

Melissa, sorry for you experience. We advertise no bedding. Bring bedding. Sorry it wasn't cleaner. We try hard to keep it clean but eventually didn't make it on this one. Gail
