Something that they missed in the listing or pictures.
Publié le 16 août 2024 sur HomeAwaySteep stairs to get to front door. They also had a wobbly rail. Also they advertised a bbq for people to use. There is no bbq available.

Thanks for your feedback, unfortunately we do not offer a BBQ. We do have two entrances to our home, one in front and one from the master bedroom.Thanks for letting us know about the rail, we will look into it.

Get away
Publié le 1 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe cabin was beautiful and very clean when we arrived. Easy access to get in with the code. Saw a lot of wildlife.fishing lake’s beautiful. Would rent again.

Out of the Phx Heat

Thanks for your feedback. We don't usually "winterize" in early Sept. The temps during the day are still high 80's and the mid 60's at night. We are glad to hear you enjoyed our home and it fit your needs.

Becky had the home very clean and ready for us! The kitchen was stocked nicely with all the cookware, spices, and utensils that you may need. There was complimentary snacks left for us upon check in. The linens were nice quality including the sheets and towels. It was great to have a full sized washer and dryer to do laundry. There were board games and darts available that we enjoyed. Wifi was excellent and allowed me to work from the cabin on Microsoft Teams. Instructions on how to light the gas fireplace would have been helpful as we were not able to enjoy that feature. We also had a large black bear get into the trash can at 3am but there was no way to secure the cans against bears and not a place to store full bags of trash inside. We were able to scare him off with the provided flashlight and had a small mess to clean up that morning. Overall not a big deal. Note to homeowner: Please check the underside of the deck as it appears to need repairs and safety could be an issue in the future.
