Help, clean t to his place!!
Posted Aug. 25, 2024 on HotelsCheck in process was great, the front office staff was friendly and welcoming. Uponf arrival to the room, we found it as pictured. Thorough walk through, items from previous guest were found in the freezer such as ice cream and bottled water. Bathroom had left over bar of soap and what appeared to be soiled rissue on the base boards. Screen on the window to our room appeared to have been broken from prying or attempted removal. Bathrooms need cleaning bad.

No handrails in shower and breakfast was closed 1 day and no housekeeping for 3 days.

Property has 24-hour front desk so we were able to check in late. Property is close to restaurants and gas stations.

We had a race track of kids above us. I let the front desk know and they promptly took care of the situation VERY kindly and professionally. Morning breakfast was great. Rooms were very clean. We will definitely stay there again. We had a great time celebrating our 34th wedding anniversary
