Good hotel, great food! Some improvements needed.

Although the hotel was good there were a few problems. It took too much time to get hot water in the bathroom. Too much water had to be wasted before you start getting hot water. This was not eco friendly at all. Service was excellent but waiters were always expecting more tips. Almost haggled. They put us in the corner building which had no open view at all. All we could see was other buildings. Also didnt really feel like we were staying in a luxury property. Another highlight was the food which was excellent. Being a vegetarian property it never felt like we were missing anything.

The property is beautiful, the rooms are clean, the food is good but you get no hot water in the washroom. I observed in the comments register that other guests had similar problems. We had to check out without having a bath. The reception could not generate a bill and wanted me to pay cash. When I refused, they accepted payment through credit card. I observed that the kitchen was giving the reception a hand written bill for food. The Welcome brand franchise model appears to be not working here in this hotel.

Excellent hotel

Hotel is excellent. Location good too. Food was very good and the staff made an effort to please customers. Staff at the reception could have been more trained. We spent three nights and had a good time.

Veg only hotel. Food good. Coffee poor. Rooms could do with an upgrade. Service somewhat indifferent.
