För mycket problem för 4 dagars vistelse

Ganska så lugn resort nära stranden där all underhållning på italienska. Underhållning så DÄR , störande på kvällen.Alla i personal kan inte engelska. Dock Underbart vänlig och tillmötesgående personal. Pool stängt 2,5timme mitt på dagen. AC kostar 10euro per dag och då bara igång vissa tider.Vid ankomst i juni safefy box låst,hygienartiklar i badrum saknades,tv funkade inte.Ac funkade inte så det blev rumsbyte efter 2 dagar till ett rum med sämre utsikt och stinkande badrum. På köpet var det bränder i skogarna runt omkring en dag,så man var rätt orolig.Tåget går mellan poolområdet och stranden. Wifi funkade utmärkt när man väl lyckades logga in.

Thank You for choosing Riviera del Sole for Your holiday. Thank You for Your positive feedback about the staff. I’m sorry our Resort doesn’t satisfy You completely. I respect Your opinion but I would to clarify that the swimming pool is closed during the lunch break to clean it. The cleaning is one of our strengths we care particularly. It’s important to ensure our guests quality and our best service. Riviera del Sole is a Resort with the presence of an entertainment group, it’s written on Expedia. There are some activities during the day. The evening shows are not until 4 or 5 am, but more or less until an hour we think it’s normal, we think it’s a choice that can satisfy the needs of most of people. We don’t want bad surprises for our guests. We think it’s important to inform the people before. About the problems in Your apartment we have changed Your accommodation immediately, and give You the services You booked. We are sorry You don’t appreciate Your apartment. About the fire we want to clarify that during Your stay there have been some fires in Sicily but not in our village and around our resort. Your opinion is important for us, and You will find us always available to improve our services and our rules, if possible. We hope to have You as our guest to give You our best service.
