Safe and secure. Close walking to all of the sights. Beautiful modern room. The recommendations for restaurants was so very helpful. We wish check out was later than 10:00am as the luggage closet was full and we had to take our luggage around town for a few hours. Alec was extremely helpful.

Super dejligt værelse, rent og meget pænt.
Hvis der skal siges noget er morgenmaden god, men der kunne godt være lidt mere eller større udvalg.

La Lu Cozy Rooms - Pisa
Publié le 20 juill. 2024 sur HotelsLocation of La lu Cozy was excellent for all the attractions, however, the road system in the vaccinity was appalling. If you hired a car it was impossible to find a close location to drop off your luggage as parking was impossible.The room was a lot smaller than it looks on the website and there was little room to put your clothes. The bathroom was very small and if you were on the large size showering would likely prove to be difficult. The host Louise was very helpful and was happy to help with any enquiries although it was frustrating when you couldn't speak to anyone on the phone when a problem arose. All responses were made by email or messaging.....which was stressful when you need an answer right away. The bed was extremely comfortable and the little extras were very much appreciated. Overall the stay was satisfactory but not what was expected.

Dear ! Thank you for your comment anyway I remember this reservation and I have trued to contact you during the morning and before check-in without success! Reservation was made online without leaving a correct number to contact! Room you have reserved is the n. 3 Della spina the smalllest and the cheaper one . If you have look on the application maybe you have seen another room that is bigger! I am sorry if in the town they are doing public works and it was difficult to navigate! Anyway as you have said I was available always by phone and mail and very responsive ! The structure is without physical reception but it has a virtual reception h24 by me !!! Thank you Luisa

We got some recommendations in WhatsApp from the place and we tried restaurant Alle Bandierine - amazing food and atmosphere! We only had one night there, but would love to stay there again. We were leaving early in the morning and we got the place to book a taxi for us, which worked great.
