Nice place but short staff, no cleaning was done in our room .

Hotel is beautiful. Unfortunately, they seem to be under staffed, during our stay. There was miscommunication during our check-in and I have never seen so many guest asleep in the lobby waiting for a room. Dogs barking, kids crying, and their food was not good. Due to this experience we missed our reservation which then had a ripple effect on other plans. I believe it is over priced. BTW, pool has very limited seating.We did received great service from the manager Devon, who was empathetic and kind in trying to help the situation.

Not what I expected
Publié le 3 août 2024 sur HotelsWe received a Room next to the Parking lot and paid way too much. Every Morning at 6.30 am they collect the Garbage and at night there’s music and noise from the Parking lot. The Sea View isn‘t spectacular, which I would never pay again.
The Pool is overcrowded and small. The best thing is the Room cleaning, which was very fast and tidy.

Booking with hotels.com isn't worth it.

Somehow between booking the date and finalizing the booking, Hotels.com changed the date and we did not realize it until it was it late to cancel. WE are very disappointed and they need to change that glitch in their system.

Didn’t like the room price but everything was good— not quite up to $1000 a night but nice!!
