We had a cockroach in our room. There were lots of homeless people outside and drug deals going down in the parking lot. You can tell this is a place that accepts homeless vouchers and this should be disclosed so paying guests can decide if they want to stay there still.

We arrived at 4:30pm , had our reservations set for months. We had a concert to attend. So 4:30pm we arrive with plans to go to room change and head out for dinner and to concert. Nope rooms are not ready. No idea when they would be ready. I asked what rooms were ready can we have Two if them, as we reserved two rooms.. No because we used Expedia there’s no changes or deals to be made, we were treated like substandard because we used Expedia. Felt punishing. Ok, so we pivoted and went to dinner first. At 5:30 I called from the restaurant to make sure we had rooms and still the answer was no. I asked for a manager, was out on hold and NEVER picked up again. When we returned to the hotel we squared things up and got our rooms but now we had 19 mins to change and leave for concert. NOT happy with the situation at all. We will not stay there again.

When we check in on the 18th of August before 4pm. Those 2 guys are so unprofessional, feels like they don’t like to work! Breakfast? Same, taste old unclean area. Person just stands there and not even cleaning the tables. Very dirty! For 5 mornings of breakfast, truly yaks! Rooms smells animals, bathrooms are very old. Showers, little drop of water. We don’t like it! And most of all, smells pot and gives me migraines and my family allergies. Our money is not worth it!!!
