Listing is not accurate & owner not good at returning phbone calls
Publié le 8 août 2024 sur HomeAwayAir Conditioner died the first night. The Refrigerator would not get cold even thou it was turn up all the way. The fan in the bedroom does not work. The sleep number bed does not work. The lamp in the in the bedroom with the bunks is broken. The recliner in the living room is broken, the sofa has slits in the leather between the cushions. The TV in the downstairs bedroom has a note on it saying this TV is not hooked up. Called owner 2 times. Took him 3 hours to come and look at the Air Conditioner. Said he doesn't know how to fix it. Starting punching buttons it came on, so he left. 4 hrs later it died again. We called and he never called back or came back. We told him about the Refrigerator and showed him the tray under the refrig was clogged with lint and the refrig is not getting cold. He just said well the cleaning ladies don't clean that. Would not call anyone to come and fix the problems.

The refrigerator won’t get cold immediately after leaving it open and putting all your warm groceries in, there is nothing wrong with the refrigerator, no one has ever complained about the refrigerator in 6 years. The bed works fine, the guest just doesn’t know how to operate the remote and I was never told about the bed. The AC also works fine the guest fooled with the thermostat, I drove almost 3 hours to straighten out the AC After I left you must of fooled with the thermostat and messed it up again, you never called me again. When my cleaning lady arrived after you left she found the thermostat messed up and she then fixed the settings and the AC has worked fine since. The TV was in the downstairs bedroom when I brought the house and I did not have it hooked up to the Dish Network There is a large 65 inch tv in the living room. The lamp shade in the bunk room was broken which just happened and has been replaced. The recliner is not broken, I have just put that recliner in. When I arrived to fix the AC, after driving 3 hrs you never made me aware of any of the issues you have mentioned. Because you messed up the settings on the thermostat and had no air for a few hours you have fabricated all the issues you have mentioned. As I said you never mentioned anything other than the AC. All your accusations are false, READ MY REVIEWS.

Family ATV trip

Excellent House
Publié le 28 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a great experience in this beautiful cabin. We had rented the house to go snowmobiling but Mother Nature had other plans and we were left with no snow. The young teen boys ventured off into the woods to explore for hours! The probably outside was beautiful. We were pleased with the spacious inside and could not believe how clean this house was. We had 4 teen boys, a lab, and 4 adults and there was plenty of space for all. We played games, enjoyed the fire pit outside, and loved watching the sunrise with coffee on the 4 season porch. We will be coming back!

Another great stay
Publié le 16 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is the third or fourth time we have rented this property for a yearly event. We come up to snowmobile and generally relax for a few days. The property is clean, comfortable, and Peter is very accommodating to any sort of special needs that we have asked for. Nothing big, but he always make sure we are set up

Perfect for weekend get a way
