Notre chambre king réservée n’était plus disponible et on nous a envoyé dans une 2 lits sans avis, on nous dit vous avez été double booké, après une discussion on en trouve une avec un lit king mais le lavabo était bloqué et le siège de toilette en très mauvais état. Le ventilateur n’a pas été nettoyé depuis des lunes et des cheveux n’avaient pas été enlevés ici et là. Les 2 personnes du staff n’avaient pas la tête au service à la clientèle cette journée-là et on avait le sentiment de les déranger

The woman who checked us in was snotty and rude. The room was ok until i used the bathroom, there was black mold in the cracks around the shower. It was not clean either. When we checked out the woman who helped us was nice. She said she wasnt surprised by the rudeness of the lady the night before!

The location was great for dinning and close to the hockey rink.

Good stay but could have been better

Noticed when I book through Hotels.com I am always placed on the ground floor, which I don’t like. The room smelled like either urine or floor wet. I later realized the carpet had been steam cleaned and was wet. I wonder if a pet was in the room. The overall hotel had a smell, even the lobby. The outside door into the hotel did not lock so anyone off the street could access the back part of the hotel. Staff very friendly. Room was clean and a note was left by the housekeeper welcoming me to the room.

Much better

Stayed here several times. Hated the fact that the girl at check in was never at the counter. Sometimes waited 15 minutes for her to come out of the back room. And when I asked where the room was (for parking) she would always say "the elevator is there ". This time a wonderful woman Joann was at the desk, very nice and when i asked where the room was, she pulled out a map and showed me . Awesome!
