Nothing but problems mold in the gym it should not even be open. Didn’t clan my room at all in the week I was there. Travel for work had 3 rooms we all had problems we moved hotels

The hotel needs a lot of work. The staff was excellent but the property is in bad condition. Lots of rust in the bathroom, pieces of the ceiling hanging down in different parts of the hotel. The fitness room should be shut down until the water damage on the ceiling and tiles are replaced and the equipment is cleaned up along with the floors and walls. Not sure if there is mold. The pool area was also inadequate with lots of rust and water damage.

Stay away

The first room they put us in was dirty. The second room wasn't much better. Noisy air conditioner. We had to turn it off at night because it was keeping us up. Infested with gnats for some reason. Construction in the hallways made the stay even worse. Choose a different hotel

When we got there they didnt have any shower towels in our room, parking lot is big, nice bar and restaurant inside, loved the 10ft pool

Pool area was dirty and poorly maintained . Moled in pool area . The beams were very rusted and detereated with rust. The Hot tub was not in use. The hotel was under construction . We picked this hotel for the pool and hot tub. Very disappointed . The one good thing was the breakfast.

The hotel was clean and the staff was super friendly. It seems they were in the middle of some repairs. It could definitely use updates. Everything is a little worn.

To start, the pictures online of the hotel absolutely do not look like the actual place!! We arrived at the hotel early around 12:45-1pm. I called the night before and the morning off about an early check-in and they stated “they would try their best” okay no problem! When we got there the poor front desk lady who seemed to feel so uncomfortable going to I would assume her boss or manger to ask if we could get into our room early which was ready told us we could, but only if we paid a $45 early check-in fee… uhm if the room is ready why do I need to pay an early fee…. but whatever I need to get to an event so I paid it. When trying to get into the room the keys didn’t work. Once we finally got in the room it was disgusting! The towels in the bathroom weren’t folded nicely and just thrown in there so who knows if they were clean or not. The pillows on the bed were the size of decorative couch pillows. There were stains and cigarette burns on the sheets, cigarette ashes on the end tables. It was just all around disgusting. Once we got back from our event we sucked it up and tried to get some sleep, but due to the motorcycles outside revving their engines all night we decided to leave at 1am… So long story short pay the extra money and stay somewhere cleaner and more comfortable!!

The sheets and comforters had stains, and the room smelled. They gave me a room on the side were they were laying new carpet and we had to walk over equipment. All the rooms on the first floor had sliding doors that led directly to the parking lot. Didn’t feel comfortable at all

Birthday disappointed

The hotel was under renovation which would have been nice to know ahead of time . There were people working in the halls and stuff was everywhere. The pool was in poor repair and out dated . Duct tape on the broken windows and rusty peeling paint everywhere in the area of the pool. We thought that going through Trivago that we would get the best price and the front desk said they could have beaten it by quite a bit:( there was not even a bar in the closet to hang our clothes on. The window in the room was falling out so another guest came in and secured it enough for us to not have to move to another room.
