Reservation made upon pictures and Confort Inn hotels reputation….. Room not cleaned due to….. Covid restrictions 😂😂 ( explains the reception ) aren’t we in august 2023 ?!?! IN FACT ROOMS ARE CLEANED EVERY 4 DAYS…. TOO SAD to laugh at tourists visiting sutch a nice town. Comfort Inn National hotels Direction should bother about the way hotels are cleaned and refurbished …. In addition, Very Nice helpful and smiling employees to start our day for breakfast and nice swimming pool …. But due to employee’s restriction.. didn’t take a chance to swim … just in case it hasn’t been properly maintained too TOOOO BAD Good environment close to facilities shops town etc

cet hotel date un peu et il aurait besoin d'un petit coup de jeune ! mais dans l'ensemble la chambre est propre le petit dej bon avec des oeufs et des saucisses et toast classiques. la piscine est immense et tres bien chauffée et le jacuzzi est parfait !

The poolarea had primetime 20 years ago. But the pool was Nice and warm

This facility lacks an elevator even though it has 3 levels which we found inconvenient. Room and some areas show some wear, no housekeeping service to our room during our 48 hour stay. Breakfast lacked either gluten-free or dairy-free options. Electronic key cards lost their magnetic charge in 24 hours. However room was comfortable enough and staff were very helpful when asked.

I hate it that the hotel charged me an extra $25 for pet. this is what it means to be pet friendly. often enough the pets are well behaved and I bet to say that the humans are the ones to create the damage to a hotel property rather than pets. just another way big business trying to get over on the consumer.

I am sorry that you were upset about the pet fee. Being pet friendly means we allow pets on property, not that there will not be a charge. I do not know of any hotels that are pet friendly that do NOT charge a fee. But I guess it up to the property owner/management. I will pass this on to the owner though! We appreciate your feedback!
