Stay somewhere else. No coffee at breakfast either morning. Had to wait 15 minutes to even enter the hotel upon arrival because no one was at the front desk. Charged for two suites instead on one. (Did receive a refund for the charge) very over priced, Several other choices in the area.

Would not consider early check in and I never got a receipt. I was supposed to get one from Travelocity but I did not.

Our room was not ready at 4pm when we arrived even thogh checknin started at 3pm. It would be over an hour before it was ready. About 20 minutes later they offered us a king room instead so we took it because he we had places to go

Hotel was ok, staff were great, average room, bathroom smelt like urine, shower smelt musty, the neighborhood was not the greatest at all, my daughter and husband went to get something out of the car and some people hanging out in the parking lot didn’t see my husband and was approaching my daughter asking her how old she was and telling her she was pretty and tried touching her hair, my husband had to step in. Breakfast was very basic, overall it was an average hotel, the rooftop patio was beautiful!

Football , Baseball , Springsteen in 2 days

Great location and free shuttle service to all 3 sports stadiums was huge. One driver was pretty rude, the other was fantastic. Desk staff was nice. Room was clean and modern , bed was a little stiff. Breakfast was very average , bad eggs and waffle machine not working. Rooftop patio to have a drink was nice too. Overall a great stay in Pittsburgh

First room they gave us smelled like weed and cigarettes with a dirty carpet. None of walls or doors had ever seen touch up paint in any part of the hotel. After the move to our next room i found 2 long black hairs in the sheets. Manager came to room and changed the sheets. My son used the shower and the entire bathroom flooded. Called the manager again and he gave me attitude. Said he would have to change our room again!! As i already explained, we were already on a tight schedule and this was becoming a hassle and we our needed to upgraded our perfect. The manager continued to make it our problem. We mutually agreed to part ways. Don't ever expect decent service or a clean hotel at here.
