This place needs some serious cleaning. Dirty toilet, cobwebs in the corners, spots on towels and sheets, and clogged sink. The breakfast was simple but appreciated.

Tuvimos varios inconvenientes en nuestra estancia: Dos días no nos limpiaron el cuarto, el cuarto olía mucho a cigarro (a pesar de ser ¨smoke free¨,), el desayuno deja mucho que desear.
Lo más rescatable fue la amabilidad del personal de recepción

Pésima opción. Sucio, apestoso, sin servicios mínimos de limpieza, instalaciones muy viejas y con poco mantenimiento, la TV no servía, el microondas apestoso

There was a huge glob of hair on the tub wall. The tray the plastic cups were on was filthy and hair and dirt was on the wrapper of the bottom cup. There were stains on the walls, cigarette holes in the blankets and the ceiling was damaged. There was thick dust piled on the surfaces. My sisters and I did not feel safe staying there

Arrive and room had not been cleaned. Went to the front desk to request a different room due to condition and was told “yeah, they’re tearing the place down soon so..” Sooooo you just stopped cleaning the rooms?? No other rooms were available at this location or surrounding area due to a high level of sporting events and activities happening that weekend. Went to target and spent $200 on bedding and towels just to be able to use the room we paid for. Disgraceful location and facility. Staff had poor attitudes and work ethics. 10/10 would not recommend. Sleeping in your car would be cleaner and cheaper.

FILTHY DIRTY
We checked in. They gave us jeys to an occupied room. They gave us another set of keys. We walked in the room and walked right back out. Visible stains on the walls, bedding, and carpet. Smells of mold and must. Thick film on the windows.
