There was a gentleman Tim that helped us out with an issue we hed checking in and he was AWESOME!
We had another guy there that had a beard and a mustache that was as rude and awful as anyone could be and Tim came out and helped me tremendously

Requested room close to elevator. Room was at the end of the hall. Supplies were limited such as ice, no clock in room, bar closes early and Pool was closed. Advertised Sunday buffet and there wasn't any!

Our guest room was very clean and modernized. We were disappointed that the King size bed and room we reserved was not available and we were given a room with 2 double queen beds. The hotel was very quiet so, I don't understand how this happened. Additionally, I was charged a $50 charge on top of the room charge. When I asked the front desk at checkout why, I was told it was to cover any room charges. This did not add up because the meal we had in the restaurant was not charged back to our room and instead, was put on my credit card. When I asked at checkout about the $50 charge, I was told I needed to work this out with Expedia, who I booked through! The hotel is nice and located next door to the casino and many shopping and restaurants.

Easy access to highways and downtown. Beds were great! Room smelled old.

Publié le 8 sept. 2024 sur HotelsPretty average, the body wash and shampoo felt nice and the pillows were super comfortable but they also take out a 50$ fee as soon as you check in which I wasn’t a huge fan.

I was put in a dirty room when I checked in. Bed slept in and a pile of dirty towels in the bathroom. When I went to front desk, I was given a new room with no apologies for the mix up. I've stayed at this hotel multiple times and always have an issue. There are too many other options in the area for your Hotel to run so poorly. I have given your establishment enough chances.
Hope you do better if you continue to have future guests.
