We did not check in or stay the night because no one ever came to the desk to check us in. We called the late night check in 3 times and waited half an hour! Front desk sign says “late night check -in we are ready for you”. Horrible

Old, sad and weird

We were only there for 1 night so didn't complain - not that there was someone to complain to. We checked in at 4 but were lucky we went over to check in early because the main desk closed at 6. When we checked out the next morning at 9:30 the desk was locked up tight behind a metal door and I had to ask the cleaning lady how to check out. There was a sign that said "For help, dial 500" which was weird. The room was very utilitarian which was fine but again, weird things like a sensor on the toilet that had to be triggered in order for the tank to refill. The wall by the garbage has seen it's share of splattered food, the wall by the bed had dings in it where the paint was chipped off. The whole room was sad and old. But hey, the water pressure was hot and strong, and the beds were fine.
