Good overall. Lots of parking. Room was excellent. Breakfast options were very limited, just small and basically a few items to go. There wasn’t any hair dryer or portable coffee maker in the room, I thought that was odd.

Never Again

The room was not very clean had to request new sheets because the ones on bed were dirty and the toilet ran constantly.

Guests beware!

Room was dirty, unclean, garbage still in the trash can and to top it all off it was already late in the day with no other rooms available with this place! The concept that they assigned the room without checking or having any kind of note whether it was cleaned and prepared for the next guest is mind boggling!! Yet they happily assigned despite no staff available to clean it up. We didn’t have a choice unfortunately and ended up cleaning the room sheets ourselves and it wasn’t pretty. Requested a cancellation the very next day with the local manager and it’s been a month since and yet to receive any refund or response! They are lucky still that I didn’t request a dissatisfaction compensation! It’s amazes that basic amenities and qualities are not part of a package anymore at this place and complete disregard to it is very disappointing and depressing to say the least.

Only thing i like is front desk folks are friendly…. Rooms requbasic cleaning which is also missing

Economic place to stay

The room was nice with space for work and for eating, with a small kitchenette. The kitchen was clean but the faucet dripped (minor problem). All furnishings worked and appeared clean. The bathroom was mostly clean with a little bit of mold on the edge of the walk-in shower. The sower itself was clean. This was my first stay at a Extended Stay facility and for someone on a limited budget and needing kitchen facilities, this would work nicely.
