Bien situe pour les entreprises et près de la ville. Maoa il ny a pas vraimwnt de bin resto a proximité, une vpirure est necessaire.

We booked a 2 night stay at this hotel due to our kids attending a very important camp close by. Our first night we were shocked to hear loud banding on walls, tv blasted and both adults and kids screaming next door. I went downstairs to speak to the front desk attendant and were dismissed and told there is nothing they can do. Not even move our room so we could sleep. This noise and screaming lasted until 3am. We spoke to another attendant in the morning and got the same sentiment- nothing can be done the second/upcoming night. She said all they could possibly do is offer Marriott points (we are not members and we told her this). I understand that noise happens and disruption but the lack of customer service /compassion and response was extremely disappointing. I will never return to this hotel and am extremely disappointed with the compassion that was given when all we wanted was a good nights sleep.

Good Option for Value Focused Travelers

Pros: Very budget friendly with decent amenities, especially considering the price. Complimentary breakfast, an indoor pool and 24 laundry room were high on my list as we were staying a full week. The front desk staff were always very friendly and helpful. The rooms and common areas were decently clean. Every so often you’d see a spill in the hallway but overall the place was kept up on. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding and towels were very clean. Another huge plus was how close it is to the city. The property itself is in a very quiet area but still just a short drive to many of the places we wanted to visit in Pittsburgh.
Cons: The rooms are a bit outdated and show some signs of wear and tear, nothing terrible, but you can definitely tell it’s been some time since the place was renovated. The breakfast selection was limited which normally wouldn’t be a complaint but I did notice that if you didn’t get there early you might have some difficulty as things were often not replenished when they ran out (things like plates and spreads for the toast and bagels). The carpet in the room could have been cleaner. The carpet was well vacuumed, but when walking around barefoot for a bit it became clear that they hadn’t been shampooed in a while.
Overall, though there were a few cons I would absolutely stay again. For the price I was very happy with the property and service overall.
