I still don’t understand what there wasn’t a maid service everyday.
When we book on Line, it should be advertise that the room is cleaned every other day

Well maintained hotel, people were kind and helpful. A short 20 minute walk to PNC Park

Housekeeping was terrible, spent 3 nights and didn’t receive any housekeeping services, finally on the last day the manager on duty cleaned the room etc

Our housekeeping service normally comes after your 2nd night (3rd day), rather than everyday service, which we do have that information displayed at check-in. Every day service is by request only, which we are more than happy to accommodate! Great location and easiest parking of all downtown hotels. Also easy to walk to most downtown attractions. Our favorite Pittsburgh hotel.

Well maintained hotel, stayed on 8th floor and room was quiet with little to no outside noise. Free breakfast was hot, fresh and had flavor both mornings. In and Out free parking but walkable to a museum across the street, convention center across the parking lot, and PNC park 20 minute walk due to winding roads and getting across bridge - but doable. Less than 10 minute walk to dining options or 5 min drive with looking for parking (parking meters free in evenings). Had a suite and had plenty of space and seating options to enjoy reading a book or watching TV without sitting on the bed.
